About The Position

This is an opportunity for a Physician specializing in Internal Medicine to join a team-based care approach. The role involves supporting physicians with paneled patient needs through collaboration with NPs and PAs, and a virtual in-basket support team. Physicians will foster collaborative relationships with specialists across the organization. The position offers a robust onboarding and mentorship program, flexibility in schedule with a 4-day work week for full-time opportunities, part-time options, and flexible patient visit durations. Remote video visits from home are available. Physician call is light, entirely virtual, and screened by RNs, NPs, and PAs. There are abundant opportunities for leadership and committee work, with active promotion of quality improvement projects.
