Physician, Internal Medicine Lake Forest
About The Position
Endeavor Health is currently seeking an exceptional Internal Medicine physician for a practice opportunity in Lake Forest, IL. This is a full-time outpatient position within a comprehensive, fully integrated healthcare delivery system committed to its academic mission, EMR analytics, and an exceptional patient experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of a clinical practice, including a minimum of 34 bookable hours per week and 20 extended hours per month (which may include morning/evening/weekend hours). The role also involves participation in weekend and weekday call, and teaching of house staff and medical students as assigned. Academic appointment is available to qualified candidates as the principal academic affiliate of the Pritzker School of Medicine at The University of Chicago.
Requirements
- Illinois Medical License or License Pending
- Completed Internal Medicine residency
- Board certified/eligible by the American Board of Internal Medicine
