Requirements
- Board Certification or eligibility in Family Medicine with 1-3 years of experience in primary care or internal medicine/pediatrics.
- A proven ability to handle patient care from A to Z, including diagnoses, prescriptions, and ancillary orders.
- Familiarity with EMR systems, especially Allscripts, to document patient care efficiently and accurately.
- You thrive in a multidisciplinary setting, working alongside your team to deliver the best patient outcomes.
- Always improving, always learning, and always adapting to the needs of your patients and the team.
- You understand the power of a patient’s social and cultural background and weave it into your care approach.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care across all ages, diagnosing, treating, and managing health conditions while promoting preventive care and health education.
- Work hand-in-hand with physicians, mid-level providers, and the whole care team to deliver integrated, top-tier care.
- Oversee and guide Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners, ensuring care standards are met and exceeded.
- Stay on top of the latest medical advancements and maintain your licensure, while contributing to our continuous improvement initiatives.
- Take full responsibility for patient care, ensuring your practice is rooted in professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Build solid, professional relationships with team members across all departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and quality care.
