Physician - Hyperbaric Medicine
About The Position
Join our Hyperbaric and Wound Care Center in beautiful Panama City, Florida, where you'll have the opportunity to practice advanced medicine in a collaborative, patient-focused environment dedicated to healing complex wounds and restoring quality of life. This is a new hyperbaric and wound care program with a Monday-Friday schedule, no call, no weekends, and no hospital rounding. The focus is on patient care and clinical outcomes, with a highly supportive clinical and administrative team utilizing advanced wound care technologies and treatment modalities. There is an opportunity to help shape clinical protocols and program development.
Requirements
- Florida-licensed Physician (MD or DO)
- Board Certified
- Certified in Hyperbaric Medicine
- Demonstrated experience in advanced wound care management
- Strong procedural skills and comfort performing office-based procedures
- Experience utilizing advanced wound care modalities, including: Cellular and tissue-based products (skin substitutes), Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT), Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), Advanced debridement techniques, Compression therapies and vascular-focused treatment plans
- Passion for quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Must complete and pass required medical screening, background checking and drug test

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage patients with chronic and complex wounds
- Provide oversight and treatment within the hyperbaric medicine program
- Perform wound assessments, debridements, and advanced treatment interventions
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on healing and limb preservation
- Collaborate with nursing, clinical, and operational leadership teams
- Maintain the highest standards of clinical excellence and regulatory compliance
