Requirements

• DO or MD degree.
• Valid medical license and certifications.
• Ability to perform moderate clinical duties including continual movement, standing, walking, lifting 20-50 lbs., pushing and pulling medical equipment, and assisting with patient positioning.
• Ability to perform frequent bending, twisting, and reaching while completing fine motor tasks.
• High sensory acuity for monitoring patient status and responding to alarms.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure, respond to emergencies, and maintain sustained focus.
• Willingness to undergo TB testing, mask-fit testing, and physical exams.
• Meet disease-specific care program requirements, including experience and educational expectations, and continuing education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care in a hospital setting.
• Make clinical choices and prioritize work/life balance.
• Work in either community hospitals and/or tertiary care hospitals.
• Handle manageable patient volumes, with an average census of 14.
• Participate in moonlighting and teaching opportunities.
• Pursue opportunities for growth and advancement.
