About The Position

Sansum Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Hospitalist to join our highly collaborative inpatient team on California's beautiful Central Coast. This is an exciting opportunity to practice within a physician-led organization committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Hospitalists enjoy a collegial work environment, strong specialist support, and access to a broad network of providers across multiple specialties, allowing for seamless care coordination and excellent patient outcomes. The position follows a hybrid hospitalist model, with an average of 12 shifts per month, including approximately 7 day shifts and 5 night shifts. There is no traditional call responsibility, as all coverage is provided through scheduled shifts. Requirements

MD or DO with directly related experience in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
DEA Certificate
Eligible to work in the United States
CA Licensure or the ability to obtain CA Licensure
