About The Position

Franciscan Health is seeking a full-time Board Eligible/Board Certified Internal or Family Medicine physician to join their Hospitalist Nocturnist program at Franciscan Health Crown Point Hospital. This is an established program with a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction, known for high patient outcomes and physician satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, possess exceptional interpersonal skills, and be dedicated to providing the highest quality of patient care.

Requirements

• Doctorate Required
• Physician License (DR) - Upon Hire Required
• Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if appropriate) - Upon Hire Required
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association Upon Hire Required
• ACLS required
• Lines and Intubation required
• Rapid Response Team required

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitalist nocturnist services.
• Manage an average inpatient volume of 8-10 admissions per night.
• Perform lines and intubation.
• Respond to rapid response team calls.
• Collaborate with Pulmonary/Critical Care for admissions in the limited ICU setting.
