Requirements

• Board Eligible/Certified Hospitalist physicians.
• Current IL state license is a plus.
• Visa Candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Current IL state license.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospital medicine care to patients.
• Support additional HSHS sites including St. Joseph in Breese, St. Elizabeth’s in O’Fallon, St. Joseph in Highland and Holy Family in Greenville.
• Manage a census of 5-115 patients.
• Handle 15-18 encounters per day.
• Work in an open ICU with intensivist backup.
• ER covers codes.
• No procedures required.
• Provide in-house physician coverage during the night.
