Requirements

• Board Eligible/Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians.
• Previous Hospitalist experience required.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• Candidates wanting to work in an academic setting with current residents desired.
• Visa Candidates are encouraged to apply.

Nice To Haves

• Current CA state license is a plus.
• Procedures are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients in a hospital medicine setting.
• Manage initial vent management.
• Work within a fee-for-service hospital with 50 staffed beds.
• Collaborate with intensivists during the day and admit patients during the night.
• Potentially perform procedures, though not required.
