Requirements

• Board Eligible/Certified Hospital Medicine physicians.
• Current PA state license is a plus.
• Ability to manage 18 encounters per day; 10 encounters per night.
• Experience with Epic EMR.
• No procedures required.
• No vent management required.
• Must be an equitable owner from day one.
• Must be able to work under a K-1 status pay structure.
• Must be able to participate in profit distributions and equity ownership.
