About The Position

To provide medical expertise to support patients in living the healthiest lives possible. When you join us, you’ll become a part of a nationally recognized health system dedicated to our mission of “helping people live the healthiest lives possible.” About this role: As a PRN Physician in Hospice Medicine, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will support the Intermountain Hospice service line throughout Southern Utah. You will admit and manage patients to our inpatient and outpatient Hospice Service Line You will be scheduled on an as needed basis Day time coverage is M-F 8-5 On Call coverage is 5p – 8a

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
• Residency training in Family or Internal Medicine
• Board certification or eligibility in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
• Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
• Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
• Not able to accept candidates requiring Visa sponsorship at this time
