About The Position

A cash-pay hair restoration and medical dermatology practice in Bellevue, WA with a strong reputation in the Seattle market. The clinic blends advanced hair transplant techniques with expanding cosmetic services and a supportive, growth-focused leadership team. This is a full-time, direct-hire position where the physician will be trained in hair restoration/transplant surgery by the owner-physician. The role is ideal for a coachable, entrepreneurial, and team-first physician who desires a long-term career in hair restoration and cosmetic medicine, with eventual opportunities for clinical leadership and administrative growth.

Requirements

• Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, General Surgery, or other procedure-oriented physicians.
• Surgically inclined physicians interested in aesthetics, and hands-on patient care.
• Coachable, entrepreneurial, and team-first physician.
• Desire for a long-term career in hair restoration and cosmetic medicine.
• Open to nationwide applicants.

Nice To Haves

• Prior hair restoration experience is NOT required.

Responsibilities

• Train in and perform hair restoration and transplant procedures under the owner-physician’s mentorship.
• Provide medical dermatology and cosmetic services as practice expands.
• Participate in patient consultations, pre-/post-operative care, and follow-up.
• Contribute to practice growth, team development, and patient experience initiatives.
• Collaborate with clinical, surgical, and administrative teams to maintain high-quality care and service.
