About The Position
Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group has a full-time opportunity for a Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) internal medicine/family medicine/Geriatrics trained physician for a growing Post-Acute program. This role offers a physician-led and collegial environment with autonomy in practice, schedule flexibility, and sabbaticals for work-life balance. The physician will provide post-acute and long-term patient care in skilled nursing facilities, supported by a nurse triage team. There are opportunities for physician leadership development, and the chance to join a passionate, innovative, and growing geriatrics team.
Requirements
- Current California Medical License
- DEA
- BE/BC IM/FM
- Fellowship in Geriatric Medicine
