About The Position
UChicago Medicine AdventHealth has an excellent opportunity for a Gastroenterology Physician in the beautiful western Chicago suburbs. This is a full-time opportunity with possible clinic locations in Bolingbrook, Hinsdale, or Woodridge. The role involves a 1:5-6 call rotation and 2-3 surgery days per week, with APP support for both inpatient and outpatient practice. The system is affiliated with UChicago Medicine, a top academic medical center, and AdventHealth, a large health system across 9 states. The affiliated hospitals include UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Bolingbrook, Hinsdale, and/or La Grange.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited medical school and US residency program.
- Current Illinois Physician medical license in good standing.
- Board Certified/Eligible.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in advanced Endoscopy for ERCP and EUS.
Responsibilities
- Provide gastroenterology services in clinic and hospital settings.
- Participate in a 1:5-6 call rotation.
- Conduct 2-3 surgery days per week.
- Utilize EPIC EMR for patient care.
