About The Position

Sutter Medical Group (SMG) seeks to hire a Board Certified or Board Eligible Advanced Gastroenterologist with expertise in ERCP and EUS to join their team in Sacramento, CA. This role offers an established referral network with growing procedural demand, strong leadership, and a collegial culture, supported by experienced APCs and multidisciplinary specialists.

Requirements

• Completion of an Advanced Endoscopy Fellowship
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
• Demonstrated experience and competency in ERCP (Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography)
• Demonstrated experience and competency in EUS (Endoscopic Ultrasound)
• Demonstrated experience and competency in Fine Needle Aspiration (FNA) and biopsy procedures
• Demonstrated experience and competency in Management of pancreaticobiliary disorder
• California medical licensure (current or applied strongly preferred)
• DEA certification

Responsibilities

• Perform ERCP (Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography)
• Perform EUS (Endoscopic Ultrasound)
• Perform Fine Needle Aspiration (FNA) and biopsy procedures
• Manage pancreaticobiliary disorders
