About The Position

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family or Internal Medicine physician to join their busy and growing multi-specialty group at the Franciscan Physician Network Glendale Health Center in Valparaiso, IN. The ideal candidate will enjoy providing comprehensive care for patients and families in the community, with a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. The physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

Requirements

• Board Eligible/Board Certified Family or Internal Medicine physician.
• Strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients and their families.

Nice To Haves

• Women’s Health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for patients and families.
• Work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
• Potential to collaborate/supervise Advanced Practice Providers.
• See patients virtually 25% of contact hours.
