Requirements
- Board certification in Family Medicine is required
- Active Michigan medical license must be obtained prior to clearance
- Proven experience in Family Medicine is essential
- Candidates should be local to Michigan
- A Self-Query from the National Practitioner Data Bank (NPDB) must be executed within the last month
Responsibilities
- Adult Outpatient Care
- Pediatric General Outpatient Care
- Gynecological Services, including Pelvic Exams and Pap Smears
- Electrocardiogram (EKG) Interpretation
