About The Position

Community Physician Network is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our outpatient practice on East Stop 11 Road on the south side of Indianapolis, Indiana. This physician will join Community Physician Network, a multi-specialty group with over 1,400 providers in Indianapolis, IN. The Indianapolis area offers an appealing blend of big-city amenities, cosmopolitan style, and communities with top-notch school systems, and is consistently ranked nationally among the best places to live. Indiana is also one of the top 5 physician friendly states. This is an outpatient-only practice with a shared call schedule, utilizing EPIC EMR and offering full onsite lab services. A large group of specialists are based nearby on the south side and at Community Hospital South.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
• Excellent communication skills fostering collaboration with all members of care team
• At least 3 years of practice experience
