About The Position

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician to join an established, busy practice at FPN Plainfield Family Medicine in Plainfield, IN. The practice currently consists of four physicians and two advanced practice providers. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. The physician will collaborate with existing medical staff to coordinate and deliver high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician.
• Strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients.
• Ability to work collaboratively with existing medical staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
• Develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients.
• Work collaboratively with existing medical staff to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
• Manage common diagnoses such as Diabetes, Hypertension, COPD, and conduct Wellness Visits.
