About The Position

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician to join our established practice at FPN Plainfield Family Medicine located in Plainfield, IN. The ideal candidate will join an established, busy practice with four physicians and two advanced practice providers who enjoy a supportive work environment and a great work-life balance. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction, displaying exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. The physician will need to work collaboratively with existing medical staff to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

• Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with existing medical staff to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
• Provide care for common diagnoses including Diabetes, Hypertension, COPD, and Wellness Visits.
• Participate in weekday call rotation (1:7) and weekend call rotation (1:14).
