The Heber Valley Clinic is a multi-specialty clinic that provides compassionate care for every family member. Our board-certified doctors offer a broad spectrum of care, specializing in family medicine, women's health services and internal medicine services. Requirements
- American Board Certified/ Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
- U.S. ACGME Residency
Responsibilities
- Practice Information: One BC/BE Family Medicine physician
