About The Position
Dartmouth Hitchcock Clinic is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a busy, patient-centered practice with a team of experienced Family Medicine Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers at Southwestern Vermont Medical Center's Twin Rivers Medical practice in Hoosick Falls, NY. SVMC provides a great culture and collaborative team environment. This position is a hospital-employed position through Dartmouth Health.
Requirements
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Advanced clinical degree (MD or DO)
- Post graduate training in residency program
- Must obtain and maintain a NY medical license
