At IHC, a Federally Qualified Health Center, we specialize in integrated care which means having access to essential services to meet the needs of patients we serve in the community. With ten healthcare centers, eight Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) nutrition program locations, a Mobile Health Unit, and in-house Pharmacy services (select locations), we offer primary medical, dental, and behavioral healthcare services to community-based patient populations throughout Indiana that are diverse in age, educational background, and income level. Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) from an accredited school of medicine
- Completion of an accredited Residency Program
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
- Active and unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain prior to start
- Commitment to the mission of Indiana Health Centers, Inc.

Responsibilities
- Split full-time duties, working 2 days/week at Logansport and 2 days/week at Peru.
- Provide exceptional medical care to underserved communities.
- Lead with integrity, inspire hope, and provide compassionate, high-quality care.
- Collaborate within a team-based care model.
