About The Position

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join a well-established practice located at Franciscan Physician Network Rensselaer Medical Center in Rennselaer, Indiana. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. The physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care. This is a busy, established practice offering telehealth services and a collegial team environment. The schedule is Monday – Friday, with 36 hours of patient contact and a shared rotating call schedule of 1:6. The average outpatient volume is 18-22 patients per day.

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
