About The Position

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician to join our location at FPN Carmel Family Medicine located in Carmel, IN. The physician will be joining an established, busy practice with two physicians who enjoy a supportive work environment and a great work life balance. Carmel Family Medicine will be expanding to a new practice with an anticipated opening of Q1 2024 to help meet the needs in the community. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. The candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. The physician will need to work collaboratively with existing medical staff to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

Requirements

• Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician
• Strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients

Responsibilities

• 36 patient contact hours and 4 hours administrative time
• Work collaboratively with existing medical staff to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
• Participate in large call group of 1:7
• Offer virtual visits
