About The Position
Join a new, patient-centered primary care clinic opening in Horace, ND, in 2027. Located just minutes from Fargo, this is an opportunity to help build a practice from the ground up while benefiting from the support, resources, and specialty services of the established Fargo-Moorhead Essentia Health system. We are seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician to join an initial care team of 2 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers. This role is ideal for a physician who values collaboration, team-based care, and the opportunity to help shape a new clinic’s culture, workflows, and patient-care processes.

Responsibilities
- Outpatient-only practice
- 1.0 FTE equals 36 patient-contact hours per week
- Monday-Friday schedule, with flexibility within established clinic parameter
- Average volume of approximately 14–20 patients per day
- Collaborative physician and APP care model
- Dedicated nursing and clinical support staff
- Opportunity to help develop clinic workflows, patient-care processes, and team culture
- Epic electronic medical record and DAX AI Scribe
- Access to specialty, diagnostic, and hospital-based services throughout the Fargo-Moorhead Essentia System.
