About The Position
This active hospital-employed practice seeks a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified physician to join their Southeast Michigan-based practice. The practice has a longstanding history of excellence in the community. You will be an employed physician, with knowledgeable practice management professionals assisting in day-to-day operations and take advantage of the resources and referral base of the larger Corewell Health in Southeast Michigan system. Corewell Health Wayne Hospital, opened in 1957, is a 99-bed, full-service acute care center and the only one in the Wayne, Westland, Garden City, Canton, Inkster, and Romulus area verified by the American College of Surgeons as a Level III Trauma Center and certified by The Joint Commission. The hospital has a longstanding partnership with Detroit Metropolitan Airport and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to handle a variety of health and communicable disease concerns. - Unrestricted Medical License & DEA - Michigan MD/DO
