About The Position

Fairview is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic - Hugo. Join our thriving practice in a growing suburban city northeast of the Twin Cities, known for its small‑town feel. Practice Details: Openings: 1.0 FTE (Full Time) - Flexible schedule. 11 provider primary care practice. Patient encounters average 18-22 patients per day. 34 patient contact hours per week. Call Frequency: 1:20 low intensity - phone consultation only with first tier nurse triage. Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency training program.
• Board Certified/Board Prepared with the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association.
• Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure.
• Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
• Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services as a Family Medicine physician.
• Manage patient encounters, averaging 18-22 patients per day.
• Complete 34 patient contact hours per week.
• Participate in a call rotation of 1:20 for low intensity phone consultations.
• Utilize the fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).
