Physician - Family Medicine w/ Inpatient OB (Martinsburg)
About The Position
West Virginia University School of Medicine - Eastern Division seeks a Family Medicine Physician for an Outpatient Provider w/ Inpatient OB (ranks available: Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor). The successful candidate will be expected to practice at Berkeley Medical Center, Medical Office Building 1 in Martinsburg, WV. Duties: The successful candidate will practice in the areas of Family Medicine. This position will involve Outpatient services with Inpatient OB. In addition to providing excellent patient care, the successful candidate will also be actively involved in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent.
- State medical license, and DEA registration is required by start date.
- Completed a Family Medicine residency program.
- Trained in Maternal Child Health Fellowship.
- Board certified / eligible in Family Medicine.
Responsibilities
- Practice in the areas of Family Medicine.
- Provide Outpatient services with Inpatient OB.
- Actively involved in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.
