About The Position
Join Sutter Medical Group of the Redwoods as a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician. This role offers opportunities ranging from part-time to full-time, designed to support an ideal work-life balance. New graduates are encouraged to apply. The position is located in Petaluma, California. Highlights include an innovative long-term compensation model that compensates all aspects of primary care work, not just productivity/wRVU generation. Physicians will have dedicated block time during their workday for panel management (once panel size is sufficiently large) and benefit from an inbasket management team. This is a multi-specialty group practice experience in an outpatient setting, within a physician-led, collaborative, and collegial environment with available mentorship, leadership, and career development opportunities. The ambulatory practice offers flexible hours for work-life balance, including options from part-time to full-time schedules. Telehealth opportunities are available, expanding practice flexibility and the ability to deliver care remotely. Physicians can practice full-spectrum family medicine, with no inpatient responsibilities as hospitals provide inpatient support. The practice utilizes EPIC EMR.
