Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine with current license to practice medicine in the state of Illinois
- Board certified or eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
- Graduate of accredited and recognized medical school
- Current CPR certification or specialty specific advanced life support (ACLS, ATLS, PALS) certification obtained through American Heart Association.
Responsibilities
- Provide care as a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician.
- Ensure safe and equitable care for all patients in a diverse and inclusive environment.
- Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with a physician-led medical group and embedded service line.
