Physician Extender PA / ARNP
About The Position
Florida Urology Partners is adding a PA/NP to its Urology Provider Team as the practice moves to a larger location. The PA/NP will provide medical services under the supervision of a physician and be responsible for patient health. The position is based at the practice’s downtown St. Petersburg location, with some call and rounding at local hospitals. It is a full-time position. The practice offers medical, dental, and vision benefits, as well as a free YMCA membership, and has experienced clinical and administrative support staff. Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited program.
- Florida State License.
Responsibilities
- Provide medical services under the supervision of a physician.
- Provide physical examinations and pre- and post-operative care.
- Determine abnormal conditions.
- Order diagnostic tests.
- Document patient care and services in the EHR (EPIC).
- Participate in some call and round at local hospitals.
