Requirements

MD/DO from accredited medical school
BC/BE in Specialty
Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice
Current licenses with full prescriptive authority from the Federal DEA and Idaho Board of Pharmacy
Eligibility to obtain Medical Staff Privileges with St. Luke’s Health System

Responsibilities

Join a team of 3 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers
4-day work week possible with 1 in 5 call schedule
Collaborative, team-based approach to patient care
Dedicated Medical Assistant or nurse for each physician
Dedicated RN support to streamline inbox management and referrals
Multidisciplinary care team including: Certified diabetes educators, Behavioral health specialists, Close partnership with clinical pharmacy services
