About The Position

Community Physician Network is seeking an exceptional BE/BC team-oriented & skilled Endocrinologist to serve patients in highly-desirable Northeast Indianapolis. Our collegial group works closely with primary care and specialty care physicians to provide comprehensive care with excellent patient outcomes. This physician will join a large and busy practice, which includes well-established Endocrinologists and several nurse practitioners. The role offers 100% Endocrinology, no primary care duties, limited call, and minimal inpatient responsibilities. There is onsite access for thyroid ultrasound and a large primary care referral base. Requirements

Board Certified/Board Eligible in Endocrinology
Indiana medical license will be required
Completed a fellowship in an accredited endocrinology training program
Welcome multidisciplinary approach to patient care
Excellent communication skills fostering collaboration with all members of care team

Responsibilities

Serve patients in highly-desirable Northeast Indianapolis.
Work closely with primary care and specialty care physicians to provide comprehensive care with excellent patient outcomes.
Join a large and busy practice with well-established Endocrinologists and several nurse practitioners.
Provide 100% Endocrinology care.
Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians.
