About The Position
Vituity is seeking Board Eligible or Board Certified Emergency Medicine physicians to join its practice at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, Maine. Vituity is a 100% physician-owned partnership led by frontline physicians. Its ownership model offers physician partners autonomy, local control, financial transparency, equal distribution among practicing physicians, and national support from a healthcare team and 9,000 clinicians. Physicians participate in the partnership from day one, including profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. The role is based in Lewiston, a historic mill city on the Androscoggin River with New England cultural and recreational amenities. The estimated annual base compensation is $275,000–$900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Total compensation may vary by site and may significantly exceed the stated range when partnership income is included.
Requirements
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Emergency Medicine.
