About The Position
Essentia Health is seeking a physician to work one shift per week, rotating through Ada, Fosston, and Graceville, MN. These are 24-hour shifts, either during the week or on the weekend, with an average patient volume of 2-4 patients per shift. The department is collegial and team-oriented. EPIC DAX ambient voice is used for clinical documentation. The hospitals in Ada, Fosston, and Graceville are all Level IV Trauma Centers and designated as Critical Access Hospitals. Essentia Health is a physician-led organization.
Requirements
- BC/BE Emergency Medicine or BC/BE Family Medicine with experience (or additional training in EM)
- ACLS, ATLS/CALS, PALS Certification
Responsibilities
- Work one shift per week rotating through Ada, Fosston, and Graceville, MN.
- Work 24-hour shifts during the week or weekend.
- Manage an average patient volume of 2-4 patients per shift.
