About The Position
Vituity is seeking Emergency Medicine Physicians for opportunities within the Ascension Health System in Salem, Indiana. This role offers a sign-on bonus of up to $50,000 for qualified candidates. Vituity is a 100% physician-owned partnership that provides physicians with autonomy, local control, and a national system of support. Requirements
- Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine physicians.
- Current IN state license is a plus.
- Must be an equitable owner from day one.

Responsibilities
- Provide emergency medical care to patients.
- Work within the Ascension St. Vincent Salem Hospital and ER.
- Serve patients in a 25-bed critical care hospital with an annual volume of over 7,000.
- Potentially work at multiple sites within the Ascension Health System.
- Collaborate with a national system of support and a broad peer-level expertise of 9,000 Vituity clinicians.
