About The Position
Vituity is seeking Emergency Medicine Physicians for opportunities at Ascension Saint Joseph Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. This 200-bed facility includes a STEMI Receiving Center, Level III NICU, and Primary Stroke Center. The Emergency Department has 18 beds and an annual volume of 20,000 patients, with a significant mix of psych patients, substance abuse cases, and geriatric individuals. The hospital also offers a wide array of behavior health services. Physicians will experience resident rotation in the ED approximately 40% of the time. Vituity is a 100% physician-owned partnership, offering autonomy, local control, and a national system of support. Requirements
- Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine physicians.
- Current IL state license is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients in the Emergency Department.
- Manage a high volume of psych patients, substance abuse cases, and geriatric individuals.
- Collaborate with hospital staff and residents rotating through the ED.
