About The Position

Sanford Clinic is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Dermatologist to join a successful, well-established group of 3 physicians, 2 mid-levels, and 1 dermatopathologist. The ideal candidate would be a general dermatologist with support group for individual specialty interests. An interest in Pediatric Dermatology would be a plus. State-of-the-art technology includes Candela V-beam, CO2 laser, Diode laser, and Phototherapy unit. Surgical procedures are available.

Requirements

M.D. or D.O. degree.
Completion of a hospital-affiliated residency in Dermatology of at least 4 years’ duration (transitional year + 3 years’ dermatology residency) accredited by the ACGME, the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physician and Surgeons of Canada.
Certification by the appropriate specialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS), the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, as applicable.
If not board certified at the time of application, must have completed residency training within the last five years and achieve board certification within five years from the date of completion of residency training unless waived.
Demonstrate active involvement in at least 100 Dermatology procedures in the last 24 months OR documentation of clinical activity for the past 24 months demonstrating active involvement in at least 100 Dermatology cases in the last 24 months.
