About The Position

FirstHealth of the Carolinas is seeking a motivated Non-Invasive Cardiologist to deliver high-acuity inpatient only cardiac care at their flagship heart center. This is a PRN position for weekend coverage in Pinehurst, NC. The role involves practicing at Reid Heart Center, FirstHealth’s flagship cardiac campus, where all inpatient care is centralized. You will work alongside seasoned APPs and utilize the Epic EMR system. Requirements

• Completion of ACGME- or AOA-approved residency and fellowship programs.
• Board certification or eligibility in Cardiovascular Disease required.
• Must have clean background.
• Must be licensed or eligible for unrestricted licensure in NC.
• Current DEA certification.
• Current ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Weekend coverage from Friday to Sunday.
• Deliver high-acuity inpatient only cardiac care.
• Practice at Reid Heart Center, FirstHealth’s flagship cardiac campus.
• Work alongside seasoned APPs.
