About The Position

Vituity is seeking Board Eligible/Certified Cardiac Anesthesiology physicians to join their team at MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa. This is an opportunity to join a 100% physician-owned partnership that offers autonomy, local control, and a national system of support. The role involves providing anesthesia services for cardiac, pediatric, and general cases at a Level II Trauma Center. The position offers a moderately low call burden and flexible scheduling. Requirements

• Board Eligible/Certified Cardiac Anesthesiology physicians.
• Current IA state license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for cardiac, pediatric, and general cases.
• Participate in a call schedule with first and second call every two weeks, with a day off after call.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Contribute to a culture of shared purpose and team accomplishments.
