Requirements

A minimum of three (3) years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
Skills and experience in fostering credible relationships with prospects that result in effectively meeting their needs and meeting sales goals.
Requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree with a business, marketing, or healthcare focus.

Nice To Haves

Clinical experience – a plus.
Master’s degree in healthcare administration.

Responsibilities

The primary role of the Physician and Business Development Coordinator is to recruit and place new physician providers and to develop and maintain strong relationships with targeted referral sources with the objective to drive incremental volume in service lines aligned with PSH's business plan.
This individual serves as the primary physician recruiter and the organization’s liaison, representing the hospital, clinical service lines, and medical staff to all internal and external providers.
The Physician and Business Development Coordinator will have a strong understanding of PSH brand position, its competitive differentiators, and the clinical and operational infrastructure that facilitates and supports physician interactions.
