As part of the US Business Development (BD) team, this role supports day-to-day needs of team members and practice group lawyers in the execution of strategic go-to-market initiatives that generate new client relationships, enhance brand profile, and drive revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate is a highly-motivated, detail-oriented individual who shows ambition, determination and the desire to further develop a career in business development. We are looking for a candidate who can quickly build rapport with key stakeholders and work closely with peers and senior marketing staff to provide tactical support for business development initiatives. This role supports business development initiatives for the Financial Institutions sector and may be based in Houston, Dallas, Austin, or San Antonio. It follows a hybrid schedule, with in‑office presence and travel expected on an as‑needed basis.
