About The Position

Sutter North Medical Group (SNMG) seeks to hire a BE/BC Breast Surgeon to join their growing cancer and surgical services team in Yuba City, California. This role involves building a comprehensive breast practice while collaborating with oncology, radiology, pathology, and support services in a patient-centered environment. The position offers a dedicated breast surgery practice with the potential to grow volume and the flexibility to maintain a mixed practice including General Surgery or General Surgical Oncology. It emphasizes strong collaboration with various medical specialties and supportive leadership, aiming to expand access to specialized breast care in a growing community.

Requirements

Completion of advanced breast surgery training through a General Surgery residency with a Breast Surgery Fellowship; or a Surgical Oncology fellowship with dedicated Breast Surgery training and experience.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery.
Eligible for medical licensure in California.
Demonstrated commitment to high-quality, evidence-based patient care.
Interest in developing and growing breast surgical services within the community.
