About The Position

University of Michigan Health-Sparrow is seeking a full-time, dynamic board-certified Psychiatrist for an adult / geriatric outpatient position. University of Michigan Health- Sparrow is committed to improving access to medical care across the Mid-Michigan region. Sparrow Behavioral Health offers inpatient treatment for adult and geriatric populations, outpatient partial hospitalization, neuropsychology testing and outpatient psychiatry services. The outpatient clinic is open Monday – Friday, 8:30-4:00 p.m., closed on major holidays. The outpatient daily average per provider is twelve visits per day, with options for in office and tele-health visits. Additional on-call services are available for the inpatient adult and geriatric population. This is a hospital-employed position utilizing EPIC EMR.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree.
• Eligible for Board Certification within five (5) years of completing an accredited residency program.
• Ability to use a keyboard as may be required to perform the essential duties of the job.
• New Grad experience level.
