About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to care for a culturally diverse patient population of all ages in a team-based environment. The Physician Assistant will work on an integrated care team with behavioral health providers, physicians, other PAs, NPs, and support staff. The position emphasizes providing high-quality, data-driven care, fostering strong patient relationships, and participating in ongoing continuing education, including a subscription to Up to Date. The role also involves providing health care and teaching to patients and their families, with the ability to care for patients both on-site and remotely.

Requirements

• Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Massachusetts license for the practice of medicine
• CPR certification.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate health care and teaching to patients and their families.
• Care for patients on-site and remotely, on integrated teams with Physicians, PAs, NPs, and BH providers, along with support staff including nurses, medical assistants, community health workers, and more!
• Provide high quality care for patients, driven by data, and inspired by our relationships with patients and their families.
• Participate in organization provided continuing education on an ongoing basis, including a subscription to Up to Date.
