About The Position

This is a full-time, outpatient, panel-based Physician Assistant role serving patients with complex medical and preventative care needs. The position offers an opportunity to practice mission-driven medicine within a collaborative coastal Northern California healthcare organization. The integrated care environment provides strong interdisciplinary support, allowing providers to focus on patient-centered care delivery. Access to behavioral health, chiropractic care, specialty consult services, and telehealth resources is available. A structured onboarding and mentorship program is designed to support provider success and long-term retention.

Requirements

Active California Physician Assistant license or ability to obtain.
Board Certified Physician Assistant.
Comfortable managing complex primary care patients within collaborative outpatient environment.
Team-oriented and mission-driven mindset.

Nice To Haves

Outpatient primary care experience preferred.
Three or more years of outpatient experience preferred.
Passion for rural health and underserved patient populations strongly preferred.
Spanish language skills are a plus and eligible for differential pay.
