About The Position

This is a full-time, outpatient, panel-based Physician Assistant role serving patients with complex medical and preventative care needs. The position offers an opportunity to practice mission-driven medicine within a collaborative coastal Northern California healthcare organization. The integrated care environment provides strong interdisciplinary support, allowing providers to focus on patient-centered care delivery. Access to behavioral health, chiropractic care, specialty consult services, and telehealth resources is available. A structured onboarding and mentorship program is designed to support provider success and long-term retention.

Requirements

  • Active California Physician Assistant license or ability to obtain.
  • Board Certified Physician Assistant.
  • Comfortable managing complex primary care patients within collaborative outpatient environment.
  • Team-oriented and mission-driven mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Outpatient primary care experience preferred.
  • Three or more years of outpatient experience preferred.
  • Passion for rural health and underserved patient populations strongly preferred.
  • Spanish language skills are a plus and eligible for differential pay.
