About The Position

Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care is hiring a full-time Physician Assistant to provide high-quality, patient-centered care at its Northern Virginia locations in a collaborative, fast-paced urgent care environment. The position is based in Pickett, Fairfax, Virginia. The role offers an equivalent hourly rate of $69.00–$77.00, depending on experience, location, and FTE status; compensation may also include performance-based bonuses and benefits.

The schedule consists of three 12-hour shifts per week, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, including every other weekend. Inova describes itself as a physician-led organization with 23 urgent care locations, an integrated care model, subspecialty primary care options, and investment in technology including an Epic platform and telemedicine. No PRN openings are currently available.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• NCCPA certification.
• At least one year of full-time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• Licensed as a PA in Virginia.
• DEA license.
• Signed Practice Agreement and Scope of Practice/Protocol.
• Successful completion of payer credentialing for Medicare and Medicaid.
• Medical Staff credentialing for clinical privileges.
