About The Position
A leading specialty medical practice in Westchester County is seeking a Physician Assistant to support a surgeon delivering high-quality care in a clinical and procedural setting. This role involves patient evaluations, imaging, and managing pre- and post-treatment care in a highly efficient and professional environment.
Requirements
- Active NY Physician Assistant license
- 2+ years of clinical experience (surgical or specialty preferred)
- Strong procedural and clinical skills
- Excellent patient communication abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations, histories, and physical exams
- Assist physicians during procedures and treatments
- Provide pre- and post-procedure care
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Educate patients on procedures and recovery
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Monitor patient progress and follow up as needed
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards and protocols
