About The Position
Healthcare United is seeking a Physician Assistant to join an established and growing spine focused practice in North Central Florida. This opportunity offers strong earning potential a flexible schedule and excellent work life balance with no call responsibilities Provide patient care in a high volume spine focused outpatient clinic See 20 or more patients per day including consults follow ups and post procedure visits Prepare patients for injections and surgical procedures Assist with procedures or surgical cases if desired Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to deliver comprehensive spine care Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation Educate patients on treatment plans and recovery expectations Participate in a fast paced team oriented environment
Requirements
- Licensed Physician Assistant
- Eligible for Florida medical licensure
- Interest or experience in spine neurosurgery or orthopedic care
- New graduates with strong clinical rotations encouraged to apply
- Ability to manage patient volume efficiently
- Strong communication and patient care skills
Responsibilities

- Quarterly bonus at 10 percent of collections above patient threshold
- Flexible weekday schedule 8 to 4 or 9 to 5
